1. Motor: the main component that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy.

The impeller should be tested by static balance before assembly.The inner and outer surfaces of the impeller are smooth to reduce the friction loss.

Classification of impeller

Open impeller: suitable for conveying materials with a lot of suspended material, low efficiency and low liquid pressure.

Semi-closed impeller: suitable for conveying materials that are easy to precipitate or contain suspended particles such as solid particles and fibers.

Closed impeller: suitable for conveying clean liquid without impurities, high efficiency.

4. Pump shaft: the motor is connected, and it is the main part of transmission mechanical energy.

5. Mechanical seal: a device for preventing leakage of fluid which is composed of the relative sliding of the paste.
