How to maintain pump

2.Valve, pipe, joint attachment: (1) valve switch is flexible, close and tight, no leakage.(2) the valve body and handle are in good condition, the stem lubricates well and the appearance is clean.(3)The one-way valve is flexible and not leaking.(4) check the pressure gauge: the pressure gauge is flexible and accurate, and the valve and joint are not seepage.

Electrical appliances: (1) the motor has a clean appearance, the nameplate is clear, the parts are fastened, the coupling protective cover is in good condition and the grounding is good.(2) measuring winding insulation: insulation conforms to the regulations. Operation: (1) start three times, observe the pump steering and starting current, signal, display normal, before the normal operation can be put into operation.(2) after the pump is put into operation, The pump output water pressure should be normal, all parts of the operation should be stable, no beat, no obvious vibration, no noise, the pressure gauge indicates stability, the three-phase current balance is less than 2%, speed, current is close rating. Check whether the pump impeller has the dirt or foreign body to block the impeller or outlet, and check whether the sound is good when running the pump, the pump bearing is damaged if there is a noise, it needs to be serviced, refueling, replacing. Check whether the pump is leaking when running. If the leakage, please send the maintenance department to check.
5. how to deal with the noise of pump : (1) the water pump bearing is damaged, need to change. (2) the pump impeller looseness, grinding to pump out the bottom end cover.
