(1) the radial runout tolerance of the shaft (or axle sleeve) of the installed mechanical seal is not greater than 0.04 ~ 0.06 MM.

(2) the rotor axial movement shall not exceed 0.3 MM.

(3) the locating end of the joint of the sealing cavity and the sealing end is the maximum difference of 0.04 ~ 0.06MM on the surface of the shaft (or axle sleeve).

(1) confirm whether the installed seal is in accordance with the required model.

(2) before installation, carefully check with the general assembly drawing, the number of parts is complete.

(3) the mechanical seal is adopted and coil spring drive. The spring has a left and right rotation and must be selected according to the rotation of the rotation axis.

3, installation,

The installation method varies with mechanical seal type and machine type, but the installation essentials are almost identical, installation steps and precautions are as follows:

(1) determination of installation dimensions

During installation, the installation size of the mechanical seal shall be guaranteed according to the instructions or samples of the product.

(2) before loading, the shaft (sleeve), the gland should be free of burr, and the bearing is in good condition;Seal, shaft, seal cavity and gland should be cleaned.In order to reduce friction resistance, apply a thin layer of oil to the installation of mechanical seal on the shaft to lubricate, considering the water-soluble of the rubber o-ring, if not used for oil, soapy water can be applied.The float type static ring does not have the structure of the reproof pin, do not apply oil, should dry type load gland.

(3) put the static ring on the shaft with the gland, and pay attention not to touch the shaft, then load the moving ring component.The tightening screw of a spring seat or driving seat should be tightened a few times.

Prior to the unfixed pressure, the compensation ring can be used to compress the ring by hand, and the compensation ring can automatically bounce back without the card hysteresis, and then lock the gland screw evenly.

4, the use of

(1) when the conveying medium temperature is too high, too low, or contains impurity particles, flammable, explosive, and poisonous, it must take corresponding measures such as blocking, flushing, cooling and filtration.

(2) before operation, use a handcart to pay attention to whether the torque is too large, or whether there is any friction or abnormal sound.

(3) notice the rotation direction, whether the coupling is correct, whether the lubricating oil addition of the bearing part is appropriate and the piping is correct.

(4) first, open the media and cooling water valve before operation, check whether the gas in the sealed chamber is all expelled, prevent static pressure from causing leakage, and then start the operation.

(5) whether the work is normal and stable after the beginning, there are abnormal torque caused by the rotation of the non-axial rotation, and abnormal sound and overheating
